Wow, I was so impressed with Dr. Tom and the entire staff. I was referred to their office from a friend after my crown fell off, and they got me in the next day. From my initial phone call and during each part of my appointment everyone at this office was incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. My appointment started exactly on time and I felt well cared for and well informed each step of the way. Palm Springs Dental is the best! I’ve been going there for years. Always a pleasant experience. Sure I have a very positive attitude of life in general, but I’ve never been disappointed. Dr. Tom has been doing wonders for me. Always makes me feel good about myself. If you have any fear of judgement you won’t find it here. As is the case with many, I had past traumatic experiences at the dentist that kept me from getting any dental care for about 10 years. When I did make my way back to regular appointments, it was only possible using nitrous during my cleanings. Having just moved out here to Palm Springs from the Midwest it took me a couple tries to find a dentist / hygienist that I really felt really comfortable working with and I definitely found that here, especially with my hygienist Rueben. I do still require nitrous for my cleanings but I am much less anxious before and during due to Rueben’s calm nature. He does an excellent job and is very professional and skilled. I feel well cared for. It’s very easy to schedule and everyone in the office is friendly, making a tense experience much less so. Definitely recommend
